The Flexipave™ Solution
PSSIL was established for the purpose of manufacturing and installing Flexipave™ Paving Systems. To date our systems have been installed in Australia, Malaysia, China and New Zealand.
PSSIL offers customers a range of cost effective systems enabling a level of entry into the market to suit local market demands and start-up budgets.
The affordable low and medium output systems producing up to 80m2 per hour are ideal for entrepreneurs in small markets or setting up business in the industry for the first time.
The engineering and design team at PSSIL, based in New Plymouth, New Zealand can assist in assessing a customers requirements ensuring that the optimum production system is supplied.

manufacturing systems are designed for ease of operation, minimal repairs
and maintenance are manufactured to the highest standards. Flexipave™
systems have been operating since 1990. Additional features such as automated
stacking systems, surface grinding machinery, additional moulds and product
range can be incorporated as required.
A key element of the service PSSIL offers in the installation and commissioning of systems is assistance in training staff.
