Product Description

Paving Stone Systems International offer their customers a large and varied range of surface textures, decorative panels/corners and borders,slip resistant surface strips and bullnose edges all of which can be manufactured on every system.

Wet-cast concrete based products that have five different textures, offer additional advantages over other paving products currently available.

Advantages of locally owned and operated Manufacturing Plants
Flexipave™ products can be manufactured using locally sourced raw materials and semi-skilled labour under supervision. This enables the plant to be a 'stand alone' unit that can be situated in a high demand area instead of importing paving from other regions or locations.

Flexipave™ is not capital intensive and allows product expansion and flexibility.

The Flexipave™ Manufacturing Plant is designed to be relocated if necessary. This flexibility can be an important factor in relocation to a specific project site.

Noise Pollution
The Manufacturing Plant operates with a minimum noise level. Noise level protection is
not required, but is a safety factor.

Additional Production
In the event of additional production being required, all that is needed is an increase of moulds, cassettes and wooden trays.(Also this involves additional staff and longer production hours)
Wooden mould trays and pallets could be sourced locally.

Manufacturing Plant Costs
The cost of a manufacturing plant is dependent on several factors;

1. The composition of components required
2. The size of the required production, eg combination of moulds required
3. The extent of on site assistance required beyond set-up and staff training.

Price also includes

• reciprocal protection rights regarding manufacturing of additional Flexipave™ or alternative paving systems
• plant testing, packaging and transportation to point of entry
• assistance in installation, training and commissioning or plant at clients premises.

• Government and local point of arrival importation and wharfage duty clearance costs
